12 Session Program Working together in my standard program, we would meet once to determine what your goals are. Then, in 12, 1 hour sessions, meeting every other week, we would get to the root of how to achieve your health goals. I make diet and lifestyle recommendations, give you tools and resources to use, and support you in your work in between sessions through check ins via email. Sessions may include grocery store tour, pantry make over, recipes and cooking instruction, mindfulness techniques, book and website recommendations, and more. Quitting Sugar Coaching Sessions Meeting once a week for 4 weeks, we work together in your quest to win your battle with sugar! Mindfulness techniques, recipes, and theories behind sugar addiction and cravings are included in this program. Anti- Inflammatory Diet Coaching Sessions We work together through the anti-inflammatory diet, including a grocery store tour and pantry makeover, identifying safe ingredients and sharing recipes. Weekly check ins help to keep you on task, as you navigate the challenges and victories of calming inflammation. Length of this program varies, with a minimum of 3 weeks.
